Product search

The “search for product” box, available on the left of every page lets you enter a key word, product number or manufactures name and allows you to search through our online catalogue.

BUYING PRODUCTS

Once you’re on a product page and have decided which product you want to buy, enter the quantity in the box and click to add to your shopping trolley.
At the top of each page the Shopping Trolley display shows how many items are currently in your trolley along with the price subtotal.
When you’re added all of the items you want to purchase, click

CHECKOUT

To begin the purchase and checkout process you can save time by using a customised shopping list to buy products and for you to use time and time again.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

In the M25 area we will deliver you order within 48 hours free of charge. For all other areas we offer a three day delivery service upon request.

All delivery charges in other areas will depend on value and distance of delivery.
All prices exclude VAT. Some items may if ordered directly from manufactures may require additional delivery time.

PAYMENT

You may chose to pay with visa, mastercard and all major credit cards excluding American Express and Diners Club.

CREDIT CARD AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

Any credit card or personal identifying information divulged to General Supplies via our website will be stored on secure servers and not released to any other party without your explicit written permission.
Pages on our website that request payment are protected by PROTX security whith encrypts any data transmitted.

Please enter credit/charge card number, expiration date and security number (last three digits) exactly as they appear on your card.
